Welcome to the Women's Wellness Retreat Day with Horses!
Come join us for a rejuvenating day at Transitions Encompassing Wellness. Connect with nature, horses, other women and yourself in a peaceful and serene setting.
This retreat is designed to help you unwind, de-stress and find inner balance. Your hosts are Alisha Wilson and Bonnie Taylor MSW, RSW who strive to help others to rebalance and learn about the importance of listening to our bodies and our minds.
Experience the healing power of horses through guided activities, mindfulness and self reflection. No horse experience is necessary-all activites with horses are from the ground. When we listen to horses it helps us to listen to ourselves, by opening up our hearts and minds. Our team of experienced facilitators will support you every step of the way.
Spaces are limited, so book your spot today for a day of self-care, connection, and renewal. We can't wait to see you there!
Tickets must be purchased in advance on the Transitions website only: https://transitionseq.ca/index.php/booking/
An invoice will be sent to you once you register.
Thunder looks forward to welcoming you!

There are many people who never get a chance to be around horses but are interested in having an opportunity to do so! Not all of the activities throughout the day will be directly with horses. You can choose your comfort level.
The activities with horses will be from the ground only, and no riding will be available.
We will be outside as much as possible, please bring your hat, sunscreen, a jacket, hiking boots or close toed shoes and comfortable clothes. You're welcome to wear your favourite plaid shirts and jeans too if you want to get in the spirit of the Country!!
This event is geared for women over 18. Only those registered and paid will be able to attend the event.
