About this event

Do you have situations or relationships that continually challenge you, but have difficulty resolving? Bring your topic to this workshop, and together we will brainstorm how to make progress through the setting of effective boundaries. As a group, we will help to identify your unmet needs, find the language to state the boundary that will meet your needs without violating your rights or the rights of others, and then design effective, enforceable consequences should the behaviour continues. We will start with a brief review of methods in boundary-setting and move on to examples from participant’s lives. Not everyone will get a chance to share at a every session. The session will repeat a total of three times on subsequent second Thursdays. Even if you only want to spectate, you are most welcome!
