Workshop/Performances: Sing With Good Noise In Concert

Good Noise is celebrating a special year honouring the musical contributions and leadership of Artistic Director, Gail Suderman, in her retirement year. The choir is inviting community members to sing at Gail’s farewell concerts with Good Noise, after attending a workshop (to learn the music) and the final two rehearsals prior to the concerts (including the final dress rehearsal). For 21 years, Gail has invited community members to sing with the choir in workshop and concert experiences, and in these, her final farewell concerts, you are invited to join in the celebration.

Learn exciting Gospel music and sing together with Good Noise, the Good Noise Gospel Band, and guest artists, Crystal Hicks and Warren Dean Flandez.

1. Workshop: Saturday, April 12th, 2024, 1 - 4 pm : A workshop to learn the music for the gala concert, at St. Titus Anglican Church, Oakridge. 680 West 49th Avenue, Vancouver BC.
2. Rehearsals: Monday, April 28th and Monday, May 5th (Rehearsals with Good Noise, the Good Noise Gospel Band, and guest artists). Rehearsals at Christ Church Cathedral, Georgia & Burrard, downtown Vancouver.
3. Concerts: Saturday, May 10th, 3 & 8 pm. Christ Church Cathedral, Georgia & Burrard, downtown Vancouver.

Only participants who can attend all of the related events (the workshop, rehearsals and concerts) may register. Participants must be 19 years and older.

Workshop participants have reserved seating at the concert (at no charge) prior to singing on stage.
