Come join us at lululemon on First St. Napa for an evening dedicated to mental health and well-being. This in-person event will start with a light run/walk led by Derek and Rafa, followed by a yoga experience with M.E. and Irene. Let's come together to prioritize our well-being and bring play to life on World Mental Health Day!
5:30 - 6:00 PM Light Run/Walk led by Derek and Rafa
6:00 - 7:00 PM Yoga Experience with M.E. and Irene
Please bring your own yoga mat! We will have a few loaners on hand just in case
