About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Celebrate wetlands with Turtle Protectors and the High Park Nature Centre on World Wetlands Day. The event will start indoors with opening words from Grandmother Vivian Recollet. Then we'll meet some of the incredible beings that call Grenadier Pond home through stories and stunning photos shared by local photographers James Beaton, Dave Evans and Mai Ly. We'll end with a short winter wander where we’ll marvel at the waters of High Park.

Miigwetch to the City of Toronto for supporting this event.
