About this event

This six session program offers grief support for those who have lost a loved one to suicide and includes a therapeutic songwriting component. Discussion will focus on common experiences for those bereaved by suicide. There will be support for sharing experiences, with guidelines and boundaries for emotional safety in group sessions. Songwriting will be explored as a tool for healing through the crafting of a personal song about their experience. No musical experience or skill is necessary to benefit from this program.
