Amanda will begin by guiding you though gentle, long-held Yin Yoga poses that target the connective tissues, promoting flexibility and relaxation. As participants settle into these poses, they’ll be enveloped in calming sounds from instruments like chimes, singing bowls, the handpan, and other unique instruments creating a serene atmosphere that enhances mindfulness and inner peace.
We’ll end the night with a soothing sound journey designed to deepen relaxation and enhance mindfulness. Leila will guide you through a beautiful sound bath experience that will nurture your body, mind, and heart.
