Yin Yang Yoga with Flower Essence and Sound Bath

Yin and Yang are Taoist principles for balancing the energies of life. This balanced class combines exercises that are energizing (Yang) and relaxing (Yin) before class starts Flower Essences will be offered and at the end of the session a gentle Sound Bath will guide you through relaxation and a Nervous System Reset during Savasana.

Attendees to Bring:

• Wear comfortable clothing
• Warn Layers
• Yoga Mat
• Blanket
• Small drinking vessel (small water bottle, mason jar or coffee mug)

During this experience you will receive a few drops of each essence, a spritz and essential oils. If you have any allergies please let us know before booking your spot.

Passionate about Yoga & Wellness, Isabel Fry, a certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher as well as Reiki healer, started her Company Breathe Retreats in 2016. It was created out of a realization that there was a need for a safe space for people to be themselves, to accept and love themselves, as well as to support and help each other grow and thrive.

Creating this safe space for everyone and encouraging them to be their most authentic selves has become Isabel’s mission and passion.

Along with Retreats and Corporate Retreats, she has developed a Radical Self-Acceptance Workshop and also Healing Circles to continue to support and nurture her clients.

Isabel believes in holding space for people to rediscover the light that shines brightly within them, and that with love and kindness, all can be conquered.
