Yin Yoga & Sound Bath 🧘🏽♀️🎶✨
I am so excited to offer this special class, meant to help you unwind and completely relax.
In yin yoga, we move at a slow and steady pace, while holding poses for longer periods of time. We stay connected to our breath as we soften into poses that aim to stretch and release tension in our bodies.
We will then move into a meditation with sound bowls and other gentle instruments, to further relax and restore our bodies and our minds.
This class is great for beginners or those looking for a chance to deepen their own practice.
