Thanks to supporters like you, we continue to keep Shalva's doors open to hundreds of evacuated children from the South and North

  1. Each day Shalva's 1,000 children and adults with disabilities arrive for a full day of programming and therapy.
  2. Some 200 children staying at the hotel across from Shalva arrive daily for a full day of school and activities.
  3. More than 100 children with disabilities evacuated from military zones who are currently located in Jerusalem arrive for their day of activities and therapy. Often with one or both of their parents who have their own therapeutic activities.
As the program gains attention, we have also welcomed evacuated adults with disabilities currently located in Jerusalem to Shalva. They have seamlessly joined our adult programming forming new and beautiful friendships.
  4. 100 young women and staff from a youth-at-risk facility spend their days and nights at Shalva. Their facility was destroyed and they are at Shalva for the foreseeable future.
