Welcome to Contemplative Yoga for Older Adults! Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating eleven week yoga series specifically designed for seniors. This series is a great opportunity to unwind, stretch, and focus on your well-being. No prior yoga experience is necessary - all levels are welcome! The sessions run for an hour beginning Fri Jan 17 2025 at 10:30 AM at St. Paul's Anglican Church. Come and enjoy a peaceful and calming yoga practice in a welcoming community setting. This year we are welcoming Deborah Vigier as our yoga instructor. Deborah completed her yoga teacher training with Beyond Yoga in Kanata. She’s been practicing yoga for over 30 years and loves the world of teaching. In her former life, she was a second language teacher and also a public servant. She loves connecting with people and sharing her love of yoga as well as all its health benefits.
