Welcome to an inner experience with yourself: Yoga & Journaling.

In this class we will practice self-compassion as much as we do in each session, and our theme will be "The Chapter You Haven’t Written Yet" to ask on-point questions to ourselves to figure out how things are really going.

What to Expect:
We’re going to start noticing our breathe and start flow with gentle body movements like turning our heads or reaching our arms up.

We will aim to connect deeply with the foundation of our bodies and maybe, set our intentions for the night. As we move mindfully through yoga, you’ll feel your mind quiet and your heart open.


Then, we’ll turn to the page. Through guided journaling, inspired by Lily’s own journey, you’ll have a chance to pause and engage in a heartfelt conversation with yourself. It’s an invitation to reflect, explore, and rediscover the unwritten chapters of your life from this day.


In yoga philosophy, calming the chitta—the restless mind—is key to finding peace and self-awareness. This class is your space to embrace stillness, self-compassion, and inner clarity.


Whether you’re a professional, a student, a mom, a friend, a sister—or a little bit of everything—this evening is created for you.


🌸 We can welcome only 6 participants in our studio, it’s cozy and friendly. No judgement zone with little bit of chit chat. Bring yourself and a, maybe, loved one.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring my journal?

You're encouraged to if you have one! Lily will be ready to hand out a page of journal for you in the studio!

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

Please do so! If you forget yours, we will have a couple of mats available for your use at the studio!

Do I need to be a yogi for this class?

No! Yoga is a state of mind, it will be a beginner-friendly yoga flow with options to use minimal movement and the support of yoga blocks. We will focus on ourselves and not on competition.

What if I am shy?

You're welcomed here with love, you will share a space with no judgement. Chat, or not, say a mini hello in this friendly and cozy area & just be 'you' writing your new chapter.

Do I need anything for this class?

Feel free to bring anything that makes you feel cozier. It's gonna feel like home.
