Reina Ying is a dedicated practitioner certified in the art of Yoga and the healing power of sound, with a background in Reiki. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Reina can seamlessly switch between languages to support students during the session. With a wealth of experience and a nurturing spirit, every session is crafted to create a space where mind, body, and soul unite for profound relaxation and renewal.

Not at all! We've got you covered. We'll provide mats. Feel free to bring your water bottle and towel. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to relax and unwind.
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider before joining.
You can reschedule your booking by emailing us at yogacats.ca@gmail.com up to 12 hours before the session. No rescheduling within 12 hours of the session unless in exceptional cases, subject to approval. Sessions can be rescheduled within 60 days. After that, class fee will be forfeited.
Once the deposit has been arranged, no refunds can be arranged. You can reschedule your booking up to 12hours before the session.
