Welcome to the Yoga Wellbeing Experience! Join us for a rejuvenating day filled with relaxation and self-care at our event located at 25 Liberty St.
We will begin our practice with a calming pranayama session. This deep breathing exercise will help you to center yourself, clear your mind, and prepare your body to move into asanas.
The main part of our practice will be a Hatha yoga class focused on mindful, intentional poses. You will be encouraged to take your time getting into each pose, allowing for greater awareness and connection with your body. This slower-paced practice will help deepen your stretches and improve alignment, all while maintaining a meditative focus.
Following the Hatha practice, we will integrate sound healing into the session. Using different techniques, will create soothing vibrations that resonate with the body’s natural frequencies. This practice aims to release tension, promote relaxation, and enhance the overall meditative experience.
With our minds being calm, our bodies being aligned we will end our holistic practice with a peaceful candle light meditation. This meditative practice will help you reflect on your experience, cultivate inner peace, and set intentions for your continued well-being journey.
This Wellbeing Event will bring mindfulness awareness on how to live in the present moment, to acknowledge your emotions and on how to connect your body with your mind.
What You Need
Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, a yoga mat, a blanket or warm clothes for the meditation and healing session, and a cushion (optional) for added comfort.
