Led by Paul Lara of QiBelly. Paul trained traditionally in Japan and China and holds authentic lineages with almost 30 years of experience in Zen Meditation, Reiki, QiGong, Tai Chi, and Kung Fu. In this event, you will be introduced to simple meditation techniques, including breathwork, grounding exercises, and internal cultivation.

Halfway through, we break with QiGong breathing and movement. Then for the last half of the meditation, everyone is personally offered a few minutes of Reiki. Smooth mind/body refreshment.

Organized by

I created QiBelly to make the information I received overseas more accessible. I offer training, treatments and (apprenticeship/teaching) certificates in Zen Meditation, Reiki, QiGong and Tai Chi. I had the opportunity to travel the world and learn so much. Not many are so fortunate. My aim is to help others gain the same access I had to the teachings.

QiBelly has always been about improving our quality of life through building stronger relationships with one another. This is why I have continued to teach the way I do. Not opting for gimmicks, I’ve committed myself to teaching the way I was taught. Old school, formal apprenticeship programs, adapted to meet the student's individual needs.

Over the last two years, QiBelly has started to offer separate ‘Family-Style’ communities for serious students. Currently, we have one for Tai Chi Family and the other for Reiki. Both of these communities hold authentic lineages tracing back to Beijing and Kyoto. It has been a beautiful experience that gave many people support during the pandemic and continues to foster positive relationships within and without the classroom environment.
