UDI U40 Lunch + Learn: Proforma 101

Our spring "Lunch + Learn" session will be taught by Clint Murphy, Vice President, Finance at MOSAIC Homes and a member of the U40 Executive Committee.

Join him to learn about the basics of Real Estate Development Proformas.

In an interactive group session, Clint will walk you through the creation of a proforma. Ideally, participants will leave this session with an understanding of what a proforma is, how it works, what is included, why it's included and how to find it! In addition, participants will be able to finalize their own development proforma basic template.

Because there are only 10 spots available for this session, participants will be chosen by lottery. If your name is picked out of the hat, you will be contacted directly for your $25 payment.
