Canning Libraries

A free 9-session program for children aged 3-5 who speak English as an additional language. Child and caregiver gain English skills and confidence through stories, rhymes and play. Visit canning.wa.gov.au/ABCDEnglish to register.

Set at a beginner level, these classes are perfect for computing newcomers. Those with little experience will also learn a lot from these sessions.

Join our volunteers for Bilingual Storytime – a session presented in English and another language. The program is filled with rhymes, stories and an interactive activity. This is aimed at children aged 3-5 and their families.

The Canning Libraries MakerSpace is a creative space for crafters, makers and tinkerers with equipment and resources for 3D printing, laser cutting, sewing machines, crafting, electronics and more! Book your equipment inductions and reservations here!
