After 14 years of corporate experience as the Head of Digital Marketing for both B2C and B2B companies, I saw the direct impact of food choices and lifestyle on people’s mental health, fitness levels, productivity, workplace happiness, absenteeism and overall well-being.

As a health coach, I combine my knowledge of digital therapeutics with my signature Food for Mood method, which works with human behavioural change. I partner with schools, nutrition charities, private-sector healthcare providers, wellness companies, and MedTech companies.
