Led by Judy Claughton, accredited meditation teacher, reiki master and shamanic practitioner, each experience is carefully created to help you on a journey of calm, deep relaxation and rediscovery of your magic and connection. Events aim to grow your sense of calm and happiness with meditation at their foundation, alongside a host of other wellbeing therapies and expertise to offer a magical and uplifting experience.

As well as meditation magic evenings and days of connection to the land and celtic wheel.  Special relaxation evenings and retreats bring together a host of wellbeing expertise to take you on a journey of healing and rejuvenation.BalanceTime also offers specialist course to discover meditation, deepen meditation practice and help with particular challenges.
