Greta is the founder and CEO of Collaborative Change Consulting, LLC. Greta Okomo has nearly 20 years of experience driving leadership and diversity and inclusion initiatives for higher education institutions and nonprofit organizations.

Greta has driven leadership and diversity and inclusion at several higher education institutions and has expertise in facilitation, leadership training, diversity, inclusion and belonging (DIB) training, and instructional design. In addition to facilitation and training, Greta is available for speaking engagements.
