MVTM Events

The Mississippi Valley Textile Museum is a National Trust Resilient Historic Places Winner, and Canada’s industrial textile history museum.

We interpret the history of the woolen textile industry in the Mississippi River Valley in Ontario, Canada, and the effects it had on the social, cultural and industrial development of the region.

We also provide exhibits, events and education on contemporary fibre arts and a centre for the study of industrial textiles, while preserving our historic building and artifacts.
