Petit Bill's Bistro, located in the heart of Epicuran Row in Ottawa's centre-west at 1293 Wellington Street is a leader in the presentation of spirit & food pairing events.

Since 2014, Petit Bill's Wine & Spirit Academy, has featured fun & interactive tutoured tasting events throughout the year.

Previous events have included tutored tasting evenings with the BrownForman family of Kentucky bourbons, local craft breweries, Ontario wineries and much more.

Upcoming events include A Tutored Tasting of Whiskey & Food Pairing, "Whiskey vs Wine", "Canada vs The World" & "Canada Wine--The New Civil War"  as well as plans to host Ottawa's first Interactive Cocktail Party, allowing the participants to create cocktails of their very own!

Petit Bill's Bistro was founded in April of 2007, borne from the warmth & friendliness found only in the downhome comfort of Newfoundland.
