We care about Jewish food, the culture that surrounds it, its preservation and modernization. Jewish Montreal is made up of a diversity of communities and food cultures, and yet there is also a lack of deliciously updated Jewish cuisine. We want to fill that void by bringing the modern trend of pop-up dinners to Montreal’s Jewish community and create spaces for Montrealers to connect to the Jewish community through food.
